Your Items never turn up and you will be out of pocket, you contact JYY London and all she says is ‘royal mail says your item has been delivered then you hear nothing and no response, disgusting customer service, wouldn’t even give one star JYY London has not yet responded. Cerys Wright: 1/5 Stars 18/08/2019 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Emailed to cancel my order before its even been despatched and ive had no reply releated to my email only a reply saying enjoy your purchase. Also paid for next day delivery and its nearly been a week and still havent received order!!!! AVOID SHOPPING HERE JYY London has not yet responded. Fionna Neil: 1/5 Stars 01/10/2019 Poor customer service Ordered and paid upfront for 2 pairs of Chloe ferry sunglasses. 2 weeks went by and no item arrived, contacted them and was advised 2 days before someone would reply. (I have all emails and money transactions to prove this) they took a month to reply to me blaming my PayPal when I’ve more then enough money for sunglasses ?? They don’t have a complaints team, no one gets back to you unless you say your contacting trading standards (which I will be doing) I wouldn’t even give them one star rating JYY London has not yet responded. Joanne Blagg: 1/5 Stars 30/05/2018 Item not delivered and poor customer service I ordered a summer outfit from JJY London in the 19th may it still had not arrived despite paying for 2day delivery. I have tried to contact the company via instagram, Facebook and the customer care email address provided on the website. No success. Had a basic response asking what they can help me with but then no further replies. Requested a tracking number but here’s the thing I never received a dispatch email or txt with a tracking number so to me it was never dispatched. Funds have been taken also. Customer service is shocking no effort to rectify the issue or sort out the problem. And no way claiming my money back so now out of pocket! Do but order fromJYY London. Emily Lee: 1/5 Stars 08/05/2018 Delivery Company confirms delivery of parcel, no parcel received I placed an order, paying extra for next day delivery. I was home all day on the day of delivery. Checked delivery company website to find it say item delivered at certain time on that day. I hadn't received the parcel. I contacted the delivery company, who checked with the driver to be told to check with neighbours, which I did.. no parcel. Then in a second conversation was told it was delivered to my neighbour. Checked there again, no parcel. I have contacted the delivery company several times with no success. I was not left a card to say my parcel had been delivered to another address. I was told to contact the retailer I'd ordered the parcel from asking them to raise a signature dispute request. I have tried contacting the retailer several times with no response from them (no telephone number available) so all done by email. Each time I speak to the delivery company I'm told it was delivered to a certain house. After a while I tried to contact the retailer again by social media, who then responded asking for the parcel number and they would check in to it for me. They then came back saying it was delivered to the address the delivery company are saying. I have been to this address and no parcel. I am without the parcel and out of pocket.
