Laura Thirlaway: 1/5 Stars 18/11/2019 Absolutely horrendous This company is a joke! Took £30 out of my account. No idea how or why. Person I spoke to on the phone was rude abusive and hung up on me 3 times! Customer service clearly non existent. Brighter Social has not yet responded. Samantha Dow: 1/5 Stars 30/05/2019 Payment I never signed upto this but they have managed to take a payment. Was very careful not to tick the box for it😡😡. Jay Hewett: 1/5 Stars 23/08/2019 Taken money from my account Brighter social has taken money out of my account without me singing up to anything I am really annoyed about this as I don't have the money to spare as I have three kids and now they have to go without now because of this I want my money back how dear someone take my money without my permission this is just wrong on so many levels Brighter Social has not yet responded. Kelly Hush: 1/5 Stars 24/07/2018 Taking money without consent. This has happened twice This company has taken cash out of my account on two separate occasions. The first was 26th of last month and second was on 21st of this month. I cant cancel an account i never set up in the first place. I want my money back .. I cannot afford this. I have even contacted them via email and surprise surprise have heard nothing back. Brighter Social has not yet responded.
