Complaint against
OK Rent-A-Car
I blame Monarch Airlines, with whom I had no issue, for associating with this car hire on their website. I have tried to speak to the CEO Andrew Swaffield but to no avail. The waiting time to collect a are booked on Monarch website was in excess of 3 and a half hours. Unfortunately I did not look at reviews going back to 2012 where there were scams and complaints and money taken from credit cards illegally . If I had looked on the web, like trip advisor, I would have seen the messages - DO NOT BOOK with this company.
