Appalling company. My contract states there would be no collection fee at end of contract in and i can drop the car off to them at no charge (stated in black and white and signed by both parties), however they charged £108 to collect it and say they 'don't have to tell customers their contract has changed.' BVRLA complaint pending.. On top of this I was already categorically advised it would be free to return my car to them on the phone via a Voluntary Termination, so I bought a car elsewhere, when I asked for the paperwork to proceed with the termination with ALD, they advised me it was £4600! I queried it and they said then actually it was £850, but still not free like they advised it would be! Calls are recorded but they don't care, they just worm out of it. They take several days to reply to emails and just generally are appalling, avoid.
