Complaint against Service4Service
Since initially contacting service for service I have struggled to speak to the correct person. They called me back regarding a problem with my car and we discussed the possible outcomes. They swiftly collected my car efficiently and satisfactory. following the collection of my car I would have to chase them for the inspection result often calling and being told there was one person I needed who was busy. I then discussed the issues with a gentlemen, I then prompted him to email me the findings. From this I found the work to be overpriced and not accurate to findings of my manufacturer. After negotiating the price of the work and wanting things in writing before proceeding which seemed something new to them I agreed to get the work done as they stated it would be ready in 7 days and this was when I needed it most due to my grandmother birthday in Bolton. The agreement was to pick the car up in Biggleswade on Friday 21/09. I then had to rush to get the finance forms from the company and called repeatedly to get hold of the right person once again. I signed all the forms and once more confirmed with I think it was James the collection on Friday and would wait for Monday to get more information. I didnt hear anything on Monday-wednesday which I thought was off but thought they would contact me Thursday so I waited. I then called them to be told no way would my car be ready and they would call me back. They called me back I let them know how disappointed I was with their service and the treatment was poor since I paid. I now have to pay for an overpriced train ticket as booking it last minute and it seems those in the office are only chasing sales once completed the customer care depletes. I was promised a call today by customer service and heard nothing all day which I was not suprised about. As the work has supposedly commenced on my car I cannot get a refund I want some sort of apology and incentive to use this company again following such a poor experience with them. Prior to me agreeing to pay they seemed more interested in speaking to me and less busy.
