Haven't received my refund after 28 days

Complaint against Drive Dynamics

I booked for a lesson and waited for a month without a driver. I ranged their office several times where I was told a driver was going to ring me but the so called Driver never called. Which I have to ring them back again and was given a drivers number I ranged the driver and he told me I would booked me in when he came around I noticed that his car was Manuel instead of Automatic which I booked for. The driver told me he was going to informed the office for them to contact me the same day but nothing happened. When I ranged them they told me that they have a driver for me which wasn't true. I later ranged them and was told there wasn't any Driver in my area and I was going to get my refund in 14 days but I never received my refund so I ranged them again and they told me 14 to 28days again when they 28 days was over I never got my money. I ranged them where I was told to wait another 14 days for my refund due some problems they are facing. My lesson was booked on 1 September 2016 and never had any call from them
