I have no instructor to train me

Complaint against Drive Dynamics

I paid on the 17th of September 2015 to get have my driving lessons but got a call that it would start in October but I have not seen a confirmation email on what to do. I have called but no response. Each time I call I get "oh, I see you have called the wrong number try customer enquiry" but nothing only once a I got help and since then nothing. I tried the customer enquiry and the information was to "send an email to get a ticket number". I emailed them three times but no response. I am waiting impatiently for a reply. I just want my money back that's all. Thank you
