I placed an order for 20 driving lessons on march 8th 2017 for the cost of £383.95, i had no contact from the company for nearly 2 weeks so i contacted them and was told there was no instructor in my area and that i would recieve a full refund. There policy states that they will issue a refund in 14 working days but i recieved a email which said i would recieve my refund on 23/05/17, two months after i placed the order. No refund was given on that date so i phoned and was told i would get the refund in the next 7 days. Still no refund. I was then told there was a problem with there system and i would get my refund on 17/07/17, that date came still no refund. When i phoned up, you could no longer speak to an adviser but had to email them and they would return your call within 48 hours. I have had no return call or any response to the email
