Complaint against Drive Dynamics
I purchased my lessons in beginning of October 2016 and paid £449 for 20 lessons and was promised an instructor would call me within 7 working days. However no instructor contacted me. I then called up to notify Customer Services that I hadn't been contacted yet. I was told that an instructor would call be back very soon. However I received nothing yet again. Again I called asking for a refund because my trust had waned. I was essentially cooerced into accepting an insturctor calling me that very evening. The instructor did not call but texted me saying he couldm't get to me that evening. The next day the driving instructor got in touch and booked a lesson, when I texted him my address he told me he didnt work in the area and drive dynamics would arrange another instructor. Again the same story ensued, no word from another instructor for a few weeks. Since then I have called multiple times, been on hold for hours through customer service trying to get a refund. I got lied to by staff telling me that I had booked lessons that went through and have had staff hung up on me. Absolutely shocking practices. 10 months later I am still unable to get my refund. I do not recommend this company at all. All I would like is my hard earned money back.
