People over the phone were rude, driver was late and could not understand well (language barrier), car was dirt of mud upon return - no notes on my booking details that I should have paid an additional fee to the driver and no notes not to get into the dropping area before the driver called back (as he was late….) and I had to pay an additional fee to get out. As my flight was cancelled and my return was delayed, I had to pay an additional fee (£20) to the driver for the additional day. I have asked the receipt to the lady over the phone (she said she would have sent it to my email address) and via email, but I did not receive it yet, hence I cannot claim the money back from the airline company.
