Unfair Parking Charge

Complaint against NCP

On 27/07/19 I set up a Autopay account for parking at a train station. A couple of weeks ago I had two demands for non payment on 28/07/19 and 06/10/19 when I checked my account no payment had been made. I appealed the charge supplying screen shots of my account as evidence I had an account. I have just been contacted by NCP to say they had reviewed my case and as no payment had been made they rejected my appeal and said they would only charge be £25 as a good will gesture. It appears to me they have decided that I was right, but they will charge me something anyway. It strikes me if I had been wrong they would have charged the full amount. It also concerns me that if I park there again the same is going to happen.
