[LAPSED] CAR HIRE INSURANCE

Complaint against Easirent

I booked a car through Ryanair along with my flight to Glasgow.I Recieved confirmation from a company called Cartrawler that is who Ryanair forwarded to, they hired easirent for my booking. .The money for the car hire £65.29 was taken out of my bank account by Ryanair, but when i arrived in Glasgow there was no car. The car was booked for 1030am(on the 30th oct)after a lot of phone calls the shuttle arrived(12.30pm) 2Hrs late. i was taken to a ,yard to do paper work, as i was signing these i was asked for my credit card, i said i only had a to be the debit card but would pay cash i was told no, and it wasnt debit card, i asked how much it would cost £130 iwas told.As i needed the car , then i had to return the car on Friday 4th oct at 0450am to The Marriot Hotel,Glasgow Airport (I have this on the paper work i have got). On the day i was returning the car, i went to The Marriot i was told i couldnt leave the car or keys, i said i was leaving the car but was told there would be a fine but it was up to the car hire firm and left looking for a police officer none. asked at Ryanair desk about leaving keys no, akked different places. Ieft them at left luggage, I nearly missed my flight through all this, i phoned and left a message to this car hire firm, i recieved a call at 14.08pm asking about the car and keysi told them and the fine but wasnt paying that. I contacted Ryanair i was told that they didnt do car hire but they advertise car hire, for a company called Cartrawler who had made the booking to easirent. I have contacted both of them.Easirent says it was£100 for the Insurance and £30 fuel but was not refundable as i paid by debit card.I received an E MAIL from Cartrawler saying that was correct i should have read what was stated before i agreed the car hire , all i got was confirmation .E MAIL.PLEASE HELP AS I AM OUT OF POCKET BY £100

We have made attempts to obtain this proof that Mr Mason-Edgar was told to drop off his hire car at this hotel, so that we can close the case but have not had a response to date. Everything else is present and correct in line with both Easirent and CarTrawler's terms and conditions.
