Complaint against Evans Halshaw
Bought the car six months ago , the first day I noticed a vibration which got worse over the next day . On checking into it two wheels were found to be held on by two wheel bolts as others were finger tight.. reported nothing done. Air con stopped working after two weeks - regas which lasted three weeks . Had the air Con checked has a rotten rad -ignored again. Front suspension knocking , had two arms changed and one was damaged on fitting - won’t fix it and won’t look into poor workman ship. Noise and leak at diff, told the diff had a fault but mechanically sound????? Don’t get it . Noise at gearbox - not interested. All faults pointed out in first week and six month later left with a car not fit for use and a warranty that I can’t use.Independant inspection done -they didn’t like the answers so ignored .I have no contact with either service manager, sales manager, after sales manager or area manager. All questions ignored and the opening conversation with the Dealer principle was there is no way you are getting your money back- end of story.
