Complaint against Evans Halshaw

Absolutely terrible if I could give - stars I would. After going online and looking for the right car for me I found one I really liked the sound of called them and they said they would call me back after days I called them again and they knew nothing I asked about their finance options and they said they could do it over the phone and would get someone in the finance department to call me back once again no call called back 3 days later and someone else told me I would have to travel almost 2 hours to a branch who could help me or pay £200 for the car to be moved and discuss it then so I Paid £200 and they said it would said up to 10 working days max and they would be in contact when the car was there. 2 weeks later I had no call so I phoned them to only here it was still hours away and not been moved yet they said they would make sure it was done by the weekend so I could get but nothing called back 3 days later still not been moved. I have now cancelled the car and have to find something else in the next 4 two days as I have sold my car. Do not use these fools they don’t do what they say at all. I have never some a review before but honestly am so disappointed that a company of this size can’t do something so simple.

Paid the £200 for move the car closer and never had any news of them till i phoned them and told me that the car was sold after i reserve it. Total shambles, no Customer care just all what they can get. And lies took all day and about 10 phone calls to tell me that they sold it. Never thought a firm big as that will do this
