They do not know what customer service is!

Complaint against Evans Halshaw

Booked a viewing with them and they rang the night before telling us the car may not be ready even though we booked over a week ago and even put a deposit. When we got there the car wasn't ready, had to wait for hours before we could take the car. Door seal was damaged and they said our nearest store would fix it. We bought the car in April in Coventry and didn't hear anything at all about the door seal. In June we went to the Norwich store as I was having issues with the auto gearbox. They couldn't do anything and we were told they would contact us once they had spoken to the Coventry store. It's now mid July and we have rung them several times with no result. Rang again yesterday and was told the after sales guy would ring before 10 the next day. Well guess what they didn't and I've been on hold for over 20 min and still haven't gotten hold of anyone. Would say the service is disgusting but that would actually require receiving service!
