Complaint against Autoglass

i had a damaged front windscreen. First time they came to repair ut, they brought the wrong windscreen. it was rescheduled for 8 days later. I complained to Autoglass. the first call was disconnected after waiting 8 minutes The second call they wouldnt speak to me but promised to call back when my wife was home. Guess what, no call back. my wife then emailed them again with permission to talk to me and was told they would call back. no call back again. I then contacted my insurance company who told them to sort it out. they offered us £10 compensation which I refused. I am taking this matter further as both the level of compensation and their customer services are terrible
