Complaint against Nationwide Hire

Absolutely terrible service. The worst customer service I have ever received. The van I ordered and paid for did not arrive. I was then told it was my fault, that I was annoying them by ringing back every 15 minutes and then blatantly lied to by the customer service team. After 5 hours a replacement van arrived. In the mean time I was told by Nationwide that if I didn't stop being sarcastic they would just cancel the replacement "that was no problem at all".During the wait I also used a comparison website which found a replacement faster than Nationwide and was actually about £70 cheaper! An utter disgrace. I paid £300 to sit on the side of the road for 5 hours with my pets in cages, every item I own being rained on and a 20 month old toddler to keep safe and warm. I will never ever use this company again. They have since illegally used my credit card.
