Poor service and vehicle set up wrongly.
Complaint against
Nationwide Hire
We hired a minivan and was not asked about its layout, it was not usable and they refused to change it or offer any type of refund, we spent 1200 on a van that they collected the next day and refused to give any money back even though they did not ask us about the vans layout when we paid. The van was not even driven 1 cm by us and they kept the full money even though they gave us an usable van. Do not use if you have a family.
