Complaint against Nationwide Hire

UPDATE 22/12/2017: 16 days after our hire end date, our bank is debited on 3 separate occasions for £120, in the same day according to the bank (now investigating - fraud!) this company had somehow setup a recurring payment using on unauthorised debit card held??? And nicely in time for Christmas, we both suffer from mental health issues and this has impacted us immensley we definately now intend to sew this company for everything going!
