Budget's extra charge

Complaint against Budget Rent a Car

We hired a car from Budget through our travel agent for our trip in the USA. Our travel agent said there should be no further charges. We returned the car on the 21 March and when back in the UK received an undated invoice with an extra charge of $95 + tax for PEP (whatever that is). I e mailed on 1st April querying this and received no response, so telephoned a couple of weeks later. I was given a ticket no and told they would get back to me within 10 -15 days. I e mailed again on 2 May with no response and phoned again on 5 May. The guy at Customer Service admitted they had gone over the 15 days and said they would get back to me. I e mailed again on 6 May, no reply. E mailed again this morning, till no response. When I spoke to customer service last week, he was not sure what PEP was but thought it might be some extra insurance (which we did not request)
