Worse customer care ever

Complaint against Big Motoring World

I bought a new car in November 2019, a week after the car was displaying problems with the tyres. since then still under warranty I have been to Halfords twice and Big Motoring World snodland and still can't been fixed. my husband and I have spoken to the after sales department but they were not helpful as they refused to authorize what Halfords said needed to be done to my car and they still couldn't fix the problem. it appears that the team is now avoiding our calls, because anytime we call they seem to be unavailable to speak to us and they would not call back This is still ongoing, and I need to speak to someone higher up. The customer service is extremely poor and I am emotional stressed out, thinking this car could stop anytime while driving with my young children at the back

I agree that customer service is not great @ big motoring world and they don’t listen. Reserved a car it was not available yet and they booked an appointment for me to visit the show room knowing the car was not yet available. Three days later I had to cancel as no one contacted me to explain what was happening! Customer service was justifying their actions and would not listen!
