Complaint against Record Go
Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that are very unprofessional here: - charged for “after working hours pick up” although in the initial contract there isn’t specified what the working hours are. For timings you have to contact the firm directly, but as most of us hire from abroad that’s not possible. - at the pick up we were forced to take full insurance because “if we make even minor scratch (less than one cm) they will charge us 1100€. - we made a contract to drop off the car at 5am and when we came there no one was there. Their working hours are from 7:30h, but no one told us that. They said to drop off the car on designated parking space, but when we came parking was locked. So we had no choice but to leave it in front of the gate. I called and called and wrote e-mails, but no one responded.
