Complaint against Do You Spain
We booked a car for two weeks, when I booked I realised immediately that I had failed to use the 24hr clock and contacted the company straight away. I was advised that I could not make any changes, I said that I did not want to make any changes but just be aware that I had not used the 24hr clock but the flight details entered were correct. When we arrived at the Gold Car desk the man behind the desk said are booking had been cancelled as we were 12hrs late and Do You Spain automatically cancelled our booking but no refund would be issued. Gold Car said if we wanted a car the cheapest car available would be a further 650euros, he was not prepared to do anything to help us and would not even make a telephone call to Do You Spain as he said there is no point they will not help you. While we were going through this there was also another family in the same situation and also had to pay for a second car.
