Complaint against Goldcar

I have just checked my details from the recent car hire we had with you and we have been charged 51.29 euros for Corbertura Super which upon checking on line turns out to be a hidden insurance charge that you have added plus mega relax cover. Under no circumstances was this explained at the desk, if it had been I would have said no to this cover as I had already paid for it with rep at the counter said that there was only a deposit for fuel which was 85 euros. AT NO POINT DID HE MENTION ANY OTHER CHARGES. THIS IS STEALING AS YOU HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Can you please let me know how to proceed to get a full refund for fuel and the money that was stolen form my account.

Goldcar have refunded the fuel deposit as they said they would, but not the Corbertura Super or Mega Relax Cover. refunded the full amount for insurance back to me. have been impeccable and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Hi Simon! Please let me explain our clients have two options of coverage. First is the basic rental. With this rate it is needed to leave a deposit that remains blocked in the credit card until the day the car is returned.
