Complaint against Goldcar

Hired car a trevisvo airport Italy in August 2017, it is now December gold car have decided to take 50.00 off my credit card which I know nothing about. I got Ryan air the broker who booked this to follow this up, they said gold car have said it was a traffic violation and it was a admin charge. We did not do anything wrong whilst driving in Italy to receive a fine or get any parking tickets, and gold car have not given any evidence to back this up on their reply to Ryan air. After reading a previous review it seems this is a ongoing con by gold car in Italy
