[LAPSED] Fuel deposit refund refusal

Complaint against Goldcar

I hired a car from goldcar in ibiza for a week from 29/4/17. I payed the deposit etc and was told to bring the car back full. On returning the car we stopped in ibiza town to fill the car. I filled it as much as I could and got a receipt from the garage. We drove the 4ks all so to the airport . We returned the car to the drop off point. The guy checked the car over and said yes it's full and wrote on the sheet car ok and 8/8 which I presumed was 8 out of 8 on the gauge. The day after we got home I got an email to say that I had returned the car not full and they were charging me 50 Euro.i rang them straight away and said I have signed sheet and a receipt, I emailed all this to their customer services. I have heard nothing. I rang again and they said they were looking in to it but still nothing, I've emailed several times since and still nothing.
