Complaint against Goldcar

We hired a car from Goldcar at Tenerife South Airport , we took photos of the car at pick up, it was night time but took plenty of photos of any damaged areas. We returned the car without having any issues during rental, however the GOLDCAR employee informed us that the underside of the bumper ( the bit that faces the road surface ) was scratched. He didn't take any photos as it was too low to the ground , but he just rubbed his hands under the bumper. We did not cause any damage & these scratches were obviously there before. We have had €507 deducted from our credit card . Since our return we have filled out complaint forms but they have been ignored, also others have contacted us saying the exact thing has happened to them. This can not be right, we have no way of our complaint being recognised, will never hire a car abroad again. Shame on you GOLDCAR.
