[LAPSED] Goldcar scam

Complaint against Goldcar

Website said all inclusive Insurance but when asked told extra would have to be paid...all in all I paid over 75 gbp more for a 3 day hire in Tenerife. Not impressed... I am sure that they do this to all their clients

The only coverage we offer is the Super Relax and, once chosen during the booking process customers don't have to pay any other cover. Please refer this to your broker.
