Complaint against Goldcar
During our Europe trip to europe we rented a car for 3 weeks with full insurance cover (extra 400 and something €). Half way through the car had a brake down (issue with the tank). They have arranged a lift back home after 5 hours (5 hours) And the day after we had to take a train (3hours) and drive back (3hours) at our own expenses. When I gave back the car I’ve been told that the refund(300€+\-) was done and that I would have had my money back. 2 weeks later nothing yet.
