Complaint against Goldcar
I received a settlement breakdown form for a rental with Goldcar with a curious position of "special cleaning" charge. The car was returned in a standard condition after a week's use. The cleaning required was a simple vacuuming. I was not notified that I should perform cleaning before return and I never did with any rental before. Moreover the lady inspecting the car (she did inspect the inside) said "it's perfect". Again I was not notified about any "special cleaning" required. Incidentally the car didn't even have carpets on the floors. I don't even know how to comment this. Malicious maybe? This is by far the worst rental experience for me.
