[RESPONDED] Being stranded twice 4+ hours. Once with 3 young children

Complaint against The AA

I was left stranded in a country lane untill 1am when I managed to get a passing motorist to take myself and children home. I had broken down at about 7/8pm Broke down on the M25 left untill 11pm before being recovered. Approximately 5 hours. The AA are now refusing to acknowledge my emails.
