Complaint against The AA

I made a complaint to the AA back at the beginning of April 2018. The complaint detailed an incident when my son's car broke down on the side of a busy motorway near to Manchester. The AA left him at the side of the road for a number of hours after initially attending the breakdown and refusing to move the vehicle. I contacted the AA by email. All responses so far (up to end July 2018) have been automated, promising contact 'within 5 working days'. We're now three months later and still the complaint hasn't been dealt with...
