[LAPSED] Need to recover after recovery

Complaint against The AA

Called the AA yesterday needed recovery for my car rang them at l pm and didn't get recovered till 5.20pm it was a farsce I had to send my wife and one of the dogs home in a taxi after a couple of hours the other dog had to stay in the car whilst being transported to the garage said company policy demanded it when we got there the garage was closed ,I then had to walk 2miles to get home then ring the owner of the garage to move the car a complete fiasco a friend said they may give you a discount on next years policy I don't want that I want a breakdown service that does what it says The weather yesterday was fine how long would I have been if it was snowy very poor

There are many factors that can effect the arrival time of our patrols, although the weather was fine on the day of your breakdown, high demand in service, traffic, roadworks can also have an affect.
