Complaint about Vodafone

I had a 24 month contract with Vodafone which ended around February. Around that time an adviser called me telling me my contract was coming to an end and asked if I wanted an upgrade. I told him no and told him to cancel my contract as I would be moving. I then got a new phone, new number etc and carried on. About 3 months later my mother told me she was getting emails from vodafone saying her bill is £200 odd. She called up at that time and found it was not for her account, it was actually somehow from MINE! I then went online and had a live chat with a series of advisers. All of these advisers told me the account was still active and had not been terminated. I told them to terminate the account immediately until I could get this sorted, they agreed (I still have printed evidence of this). Today my mother told me of a another email she had received stating I am now owe them over £300!! Could you please help me sort out this mess? Yours faithfully, David Campbell
