New portable product - poor battery life

Complaint about LG Electronics

I have had an LG NP8350 which I bought in March 2016. The onboard rechargeable battery hold now charge going flat in around 30 minutes using bluetooth. I have contacts LG 3 times via their email service to organise a repair or replacement and twice via phone and have had no response although by phone I courteously informed that they would be in touch within 48 hours as the relevant department was inundated with enquiries. This did not fill me with confidence regarding my product or their service in general. As I type I am still awaiting a response. I feel their service is poor and fundamentally flawed
