Complaint about Extra Energy

I have contacted Extra Energy by telephone on a number of occasions explaining that I am unable to access my account online.The last time I spoke to them it became apparent that there was a technical fault which would have to be dealt with by their IT section who I was told would contact me. To date I have heard nothing further from them. This leaves me unable to ensure that my payments are up date and that my account is running trouble free
