Complaint about Eckman

Order placed on 15th August 2016 for delivery of security lighting at a cost of £19.99, buy1 get 1free deal. Paid £4.99 for48 hr despatch, as of today no goods have arrived. I made a call this morning to Eckman customer order services, they advised me they were unable to give a delivery date. Couriers have yet to advise them when they will be delivering the items ( Yodel couriers ) Also due to warehouse reorganisation, Eckman are experiencing despatch delays. My complaint is, £4.99 cost is for despatch from Eckman to Yodel and not to my address. This is not made clear at the time of placing my order. Having made the call this morning, I am still unsure when my order will be received. The items were advertised through the Sunday Mail and I would like them to understand have poor Eckmans delivery performance is. This will be my very last purchase from Eckman, not a happy bunny.
