Taken £18 fthrough Phone bill - Totally unaware

Complaint about Prizehook

I dont know who this company is. But this month received my phone bill and noticed £18 out of bundle charges. On enquiring with Vodafone, they told me its for premium texting and the name of the compan. I have never heard of PRIZEHOOK and have no idea how they got my number. Please refund me £18.00. who should I speak to about this? regards, Sameera
