Complaint about HMRC

I have been trying to make contact with the HMRC through a contact form on there website I needed to contact them through an online form this has gone on for over five hours and still I am trying but failing I am now trying to contact them through outside sourcing but this may fail to. HMRC need to sharpen up on this service it was is important that I dealt with a problem I have.
