Hello, We received a return request and we authorised it on 18 July 2016 and we agreed to refund the full amount upon arrival of the item. But the item was sent to us on the 35th day of the delivery which is clearly a violation of amazon policy. We got every proof to support our claims. But even all this an a 2 z claim was filed and we were asked by the payment guarantee to issue a full refund. So how does it work. Its shocking that amazon is actually supporting this kind of fraud. What legal action can be taken against them. Please help. Thank You.
