Complaint about BT
I was prompted to merge my BT and Yahoo email accounts last Monday and the account immediately suffered from what BT have called an 'outage'. I was told eight days ago, following three attempts to fix it and promises of callbacks that were late or did not materialise at all, that it would be fixed by today. I was then told this afternoon that BT now regard it as Yahoo's fault and that it could remain out of action for 'two days, three days, seven days - we don't know and we can't put a timescale on it'!!! This is affecting my work severely (I am a Vicar so some of my emails really do involve 'life & death issues!) as well as my temper given the complacent and even rude attitude with which I have been met!
