Complaint about Currys PC World

In February 2016 I purchased a Macbook. The only warranty that I purchased was the AppleCare Protection Plan which was a one time payment. After going through my bank account, I noticed a payment: PRODUCT SUPPORT AG 0844 800 6080. I Googled this and found out that a lot of customers have been duped into paying this. I found out that it was a monthly payment for a Curry's protection plan that I did not sign up for. £11 was deducted from my account every month for four months. Why would I sign up for a monthly protection plan if I already paid hundreds for an AppleCare protection plan?! I have asked my bank to cancel this recurring payment and would like to ask for a refund of £44. Please reinstate my faith in your company and let me know this is an error that will be solved. Thank you.

This issue has been now been resolved. Thank you Shaun for checking over my complaint, you've been most helpful. I advise customers of Curry's to follow their bank account's activity to pay attention to what they may consider as irregularities in their payments.
