Complaint about Goldcar

I paid premium insurance with do your Spain before departing the uk on the Internet , goldcar st Almeria airport say there insurance does not cover so I had to take there insurance out, this is a con I felt under pressure as que behind me , I paid £340.00 before departing and a further £540 euros for insurance and 2x booster seats for my kids. Nothing but con artists they should be ashamed

Dear Martin, On the issue you described, please let me explain we're aware that third parts offer coverage, but they must clarify that these coverages do not release the customer to pay our franchise. If the car had some damage, we deduct the full amount of the blocked money in franchise concept and then the third party is responsible for customer pay the same amount.KR.Victoria R.Goldcar Rep.
