Erroneous removal

Complaint about Scottish Power

Moved into property in Jan 05. Heating was night store units. Changed to gas central heating Nov 05. Paid gas to Scottish Gas and electric to Scottish Power. In Oct 2014 went duel fuel with Scottish Gas. Paid by direct debit. On August 08 this year received a bill from Scottish Power for £523.46 for electricity from October 2014 to July 2016. Seemingly my electricity account was Erroniously removed from Scottish Gas due to the fact that a separate meter that calculated my night store heating was never reported as being removed from my property and therefor rental was due on this meter. My account has been on hold from Scottish Gas for several months now. E mails to Scottish Power are ignored what do you recommend .
