Complaint about Thomson
To start off the holiday with Thomson to Zane. The first flight was delayed by an hour and a half which I understand to an extent can't be helped. But upon arrival of the hotel we were then informed that we could have to not only pay for air con but also a fridge. Then we discover that in the room there was no kettle, television neither a microwave. The hotel room was full of mound and we had no hot water for the full length of our stay (7 days at the trinity hotel) an just to top it off the whole time we were there the maids didn't clean our room or give us clean towels. Paying roughly £500 for a holiday which felt like a prison camp.
