Complaint about BT

we have had a long standing dispute with bt about a maintenence agreement. A bt employee (no longer enployed by bt) called our part time accounts lady whilst she was at home in bed ill. H e promised the world if she would sign a maintenence agreement ( for things that we dont use) She kept saying that she was ill but he persuaded her to verbally agree offering new broadband etc. We have been fighting ever since and paying huge amounts of money in the meantime. Apparently bt has eventually found the recorded conversation and agree that she was incorrectly forced into it...... this has taken months and months of painstaking letters and phonecalls. in the mean time our main line into our very large concept store in Bath has been cut off with our sub letter being told that we owe 2000 pounds and it wont be put on again until its been paid. They are now saying that the line will not be re connected until the 15 Sept. The cafe has up to 500 people aday trying to get tables. We have a large clothes shop and furniture department and they will not do anything to resolve this matter earlier. The stress of trying to talk to someone at bt is unbearable. I have made people swear on oath to return my calls and they never do! No one will actually talk
