Complaint about Lloyds Bank

I had my account suspended through no fault of my own To get it reinstated I have to go into branch I am housebound I cannot go out due to severe panic attacks Agoraphobia fear of open spaces I informed my branch, guess what the response what You have to come in the branch anyway I am totally distraught Please can someone help me get my money refunded
