Complaint about Shoespie

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoespie. They took a very long time to arrive and then when they did they were too small. so i looked up their returns policy and followed the information, which told me to take a picture of the goods and their packaging and e-mail them to tell them that i would be returning them and why. I did this i told them that i had received my shoes and they were too small and could i have a size 7 instead of the 6 i had received. They kept sending me they same e-mail about the policy. So i asked again the address at which to send the shoes, had no luck with the address. So i sent them to there london address which was on the parcel and sent them a message to say that is what i was doing. I did not receive a refund so i have just been on live chat and they say we are in china... then start telling me i must agree to pay $70 and then they will e-mail me the address to where to send the shoes that are of the same size back to them to receive the refund??? Why would i need to agree to pay them anymore especially in $ not £'s, when they have not given me any help or information of how and where to send the darn things. I have now paid £62.66p for a pair of shoes that i returned and £61.64p for another pair of shoes that i did not ask for of the same size, so are too small. I am very cross and very upset as you can imagine. I will have to sell the shoes which no one would pay £30 let alone £62 and have nothing for my lost money. It would help if the customer service people could speak english sufficiently to understand that i wanted to replace the shoe with a bigger size and they made it less complicated to refund and return. It is not the customer who comes first but money money money. They need to stop trading on the internet to england or this far away from their company premises as communication is so hard with them. Also how can they take money twice out of my account without authorisation? And if they don't know my order number or account number or address etc. how can they still have my details for my bank and then we are back to how can they get authorisation to take funds out of my account for a second time without my permission and of different amounts???
