Complaint about Virgin Media

I have a smart TV and cannot use it due to the Internet connection fluctuating and rubbish. This issue has been on going over the last 5 years and I would like it rectified or I will leave as this Internet Is appalling. I can't even watch catch up. If this is your upgrade then it's disgusting it's worse than my other modem from you. Please get this Internet connection sorted, I was also told my house is too big if that's the case I should of been told this on installation not a few years after. I would like this rectified asap or I'm leaving as I'm at the end of my tether. Thank you Lesley Colin
