Complaint about TalkTalk

I had cosiderable problems in April which were not resolved until I contacted the CEO Office. A Michael Moran solved it quickly and my service was Excellent until June when it again would not connect for 5 days. A call to 020 3417 1983 put me in touch but M Moran was not available but lady answered But suddenly my Internet came on. I was asked to monitor it and call back if any further problems Been unconnected now for 5 days on and off after some very heavy rain so phoned the same number as above but reply said M Moran no longer in the CEO team CAN YOU PLEASE HELP. AS I WAS TOLD TO MAKE THIS CONTACT AS SOON AS PROBLEM AROSE the router broadband and Internet lights are flashing bit the Internet light is Red then goes off. I have turned router off and on se veral times and checked all connection and changed filters Probably need visit if it cannot be solved remotely
